The site, our products for sale and other services are governed by English Law. Within these terms and conditions, “Purchaser” means the person entering into a contract with Fulford Fitness to purchase goods advertised on the website www.fulfordfitness.co.uk and proceeding to the ‘checkout’ section of the site and paying for the goods via Paypal. The contract shall be deemed to have been completed only once Fulford Fitness have accepted the order and informed the Purchaser of that fact.
Shipping and Handling: This will take place by Royal Mail First Class Post or similar; mainland UK £3.75, Europe £8.00, Worldwide £10.00. Most orders should arrive within 7 days but please allow 14 days for delivery. If it is necessary to deliver your order in two parts (for example if one item is being sourced from a different location), you will only be charged once for delivery.
Tax: All prices are inclusive of VAT.
Availability: All goods are offered subject to availability and we reserve the right to withdraw any item without notice. In the event that any item ordered is unavailable and a suitable alternative cannot be offered, a full refund will be made.
Currency: Your credit or debit card will be debited by Paypal in pounds sterling at the rate applicable at the time the goods are ordered.
Loss: In the unusual event of items going missing in transit, a replacement will be sent to you, on receipt of proof of loss.

Returns Policy: All items are non returnable. For products that Fulford Fitness deem are faulty, the costs of any product reasonably returned in terms of both time and condition (within 14 days of receipt and in good condition barring the initial fault) will be refunded to the Purchaser. The Purchaser may specify whether they wish to have a refund or exchange (subject to availability). If you wish to return a product please contact us at info@fulfordfitness.co.uk.
All the items sold from this website are from leading manufacturers in their relevant fields. Subject to the goods being faulty, Fulford Fitness is not liable for the general performance of a product although any such issues will be raised with the relevant manufacturer/supplier to try to rectify any such problems. On some occasions goods may need to be returned to the supplier/manufacturer to ascertain whether or not the goods have been used in an inappropriate way before a refund takes place. If that is the case, the Purchaser will be informed by email. Items that have been customised by the Purchaser cannot be exchanged or refunded.
Use of Fitness Equipment: Please note that all fitness equipment must be used at all times in accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions and only once these instructions have been properly read and understood. You must consult your doctor if you are in any doubt whether or not an exercise you are performing is suitable for you or, if suffering from an illness or injury, before undertaking any form of vigorous exercise.
